Ultrasonic welding is a clean safe method for permanently joining two parts together and the physical composition of Breathe O Prene lends itself to creating extremely strong bonds when welded with plastics and other polyurethane based materials. Ultrasonic welding is easily adaptable to almost any textile joining application and the weld that is produced is both durable and asethically pleasing when compared to RF welding.
